2015内分泌科室介绍（内附中英文对照）
内分泌科成立于1994年，至今已有20多年历史，是浙江省医学重点（创新）学科、世界糖尿病基金会（WDF）——中国儿童糖尿病管理分中心，中国1型糖尿病整合医疗管理模式示范基地及浙江省儿童生长发育质量控制中心所在地。学科带头人傅君芬教授是亚太儿科内分泌学会秘书长及中国医师协会青春期医学专业委员会副主委。科室拥有一支年轻的儿科内分泌诊治领域的国际化专业团队，现有专科医生20名，其中主任医师6名、副主任医师3名、主治医师8名；博士生导师2名，硕士生导师2名；浙江省新世纪151人才2名；具有博士学位5名，硕士学位15名（2名博士在读）护理人员18名（均为本科学历）。科室骨干人员先后赴德国、日本、英国、美国等国际著名内分泌研究机构或儿童医院深造。科室设有内分泌专科门诊、糖尿病整合管理特色门诊、生长发育特色门诊等，年门诊量约4.5万人次，开放床位50张，年出院病人数约5000人。
Established in 1994, Pediatric Endocrinology has developed for over 20 years. It has been awarded as the key medical innovation discipline in Zhejiang Province, the Sub-center of the World Diabetes Foundation (WDF) in Management Program For Children With Diabetes In China, the Chinese Demonstration Base for Integrated Medical Management of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Quality Control Center for Children’s Growth Development in Zhejiang Province. Prof. Junfen Fu, Chief of the Endocrinology Department holds the position of the General Secretary of the Asia Pacific Paediatric Endocrine Society (APPES), and Associate Director in professional board of Chinese Medical Association of Adolescent Medicine (CMAAM).Through over 20 years, an international professional team with 20 specialists specialized in pediatric endocrinology was formed, including 6 chief physicians, 3 associate chief physicians and 8 attending physicians. Among them, 2 doctors are doctoral tutors, 2 are master tutors, and 2 are involved in the New Century 151 Talent of Zhejiang province;5 doctors have doctoral degree, while the rest have master degree (2 are studying for doctoral degree). Meanwhile, the nursing team is composed of 18 nurses with bachelor’s degree in nursing. The prominent members of the endocrinology team have been trained in Germany, Japan, Britain, the United States and other internationally well-known research institutions and children's hospitals. Currently, Endocrinology Department consists of endocrinology specialist clinic, DM management clinic, growth development clinic and a ward with a capacity of 50 beds. The annual out-patient visits are over 46,000 cases while more than 5,000 inpatients are admitted annually.
科室每年收治大量矮小症、性早熟、肥胖、糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、肾上腺疾病、性发育及性分化异常、尿崩症、骨代谢异常等内分泌及遗传代谢疾病患儿以及儿内科普通和疑难杂症患儿，除常规开展各种内分泌激发试验外，还于国内率先开展肝脏质子磁共振氢谱（1H MRS）定量检测、MMTT胰岛功能评估试验、双能X线全身体脂及骨密度检测、肥胖呼吸睡眠监测、糖尿病3“C”治疗等特色技术，并拥有丰富的临床经验。
Every year, children with dwarfism, central precocious puberty, obesity, diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, sexual development disease, disorders of sex development, diabetes insipidus, metabolic bone disease and other pediatric complicated cases are received and treated in our department. Except regular provocation test such as GH, GnRH, ACTH provocation tests, we pioneered to carry out new tests and methods including quantitative test of 1H MRS in liver, MMTT islet functioning test, Dual energy X-ray detection of body fat and bone mineral density, respiration function monitoring during sleep in obese children, as well as diabetic most advanced '3 C (CSII+ CGM + Care link)”therapy in children. We have collectively accumulated a unique expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric endocrine diseases.
内分泌科非常注重教学和科研工作，长期承担浙江大学医学院八年制、七年制、五年制、留学生以及城市学院的儿科内分泌遗传代谢及青春期医学的教学工作，并在儿童矮小、肥胖非酒精性脂肪肝病、代谢综合征及胰岛素抵抗机制等基础研究方面做出了突出贡献，先后获得国家自然基金11项，十一五、十二五科技支撑计划子课题、国际合作重点科研项目、省科技厅重大专项、省自然科学基金等研究项目20余项。获浙江省医药卫生创新一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项；浙江省科技进步二等奖2项。发表论文数百篇，其中SCI收录论文100余篇；主编出版书籍2本、副主编1本、参编书籍8本，培养博士、硕士研究生多名。内分泌科十分注重社会服务和科普宣传，科室创建的“健康我成长”网站www.jkwcz.com及微信公众号自上线以来深受广大患儿家长的欢迎，此外，科室定期面向社会开展肥胖、糖尿病、生长发育等各类内分泌健康教育讲座及家长学校，其专家团队还多次进学校、幼儿园宣讲，并在浙江电视台、浙江名医馆、钱江晚报、都市快报等各类媒体上进行疾病科普和健康宣教，取得了良好的社会效益。
The Department of Endocrinology attached great importance to education and scientific research as well. It assumes the teaching tasks of endocrinology diseases, adolescent medicine and hereditary & metabolic disorders for undergraduates, postgraduates, and international medical students from Zhejiang University. Great efforts have been made in the basic researches in diabetes, dwarfism, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. For over two decades, 11 research projects are sponsored by grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China and totally more than 20 research projects were granted by National Science & Technology Sub-program during the 11th and 12th Five-year Plan Period, International S&T Cooperation Program of China, Major Science and Technology Projects of Zhejiang Province and Natural Science Foundation Program of Zhejiang Province. In addition, one of which was awarded in the first prize, two in the second prize, and one in the third prize in Scientific and Technological Innovation of Zhejiang Province. And over 100 SCI collected papers and 10 books have been published. Many PhD and master degree students were graduated from the department. Endocrinology team also committed to social service and science literacy programs. Lectures, discussions, TV talk-shows, and writing articles about the popular medical science have been organized by the endocrinology team and widely circulated through the media, wechat, and website “www.jkwcz.com”. Parent schools related children growth and development and obesity are opened on a regular basis according to the demand of the patients and their parents and good reputation and social benefits are obtained.
